Finding a returns solution can be challenging. Customer may have already gotten rid of packaging and the item to be returned may be located inside the customer’s home. Traditional LTL solutions may not be helpful in those scenarios. The 153 Group d/b/a 153 Home offers nationwide customized return solutions to address those very issues.

PrePAckaged Curbside Returns
153 Home is pleased to announce a new service offering. Our curbside return program is designed to assist customers that have a return that is too big or bulky for parcel shipping and may be in areas not served by traditional LTL carriers. Residential customers that have a return that is prepackaged and available at their curb can take advantage of our new service offering. In order to qualify for the reduced rate, customers must have retained the original packaging and repackage the return for pick up and place the return outside their home. Our driver team will provide the pickup service and we can provide LTL shipping rates in addition to our reduced rate for the curbside recovery.
